Spice Hunters, recipes and travel book

We are spice hunters. For the past thirty years we have been travelling in search of the best "location specific" spices available. After each trip, our suitcases would overflow with spices and our respective note books would be chock full of souvenirs, photographs and of course recipes. The routine has always been the same; we would share our bounty with friends, clients, colleagues and with anyone else who expressed any interest in our adventures.

Our quest has always been to share our discoveries, so on this occasion we have offered our travel books and recipes, along with this most unique spice kit.  There are anecdotes and flavours from six of our favourite travel destinations. You will find thirty recipes, in English and French, from China, India, Indonesia, Turkey, the Mediterrenean and the West Indies along with enough of the respective spice blends to make all the recipes.

We have simply tried to perpetuate your pleasure by offering traditional and  traditionally inspired recipes, as well as suggestions to help rejuvinate your everyday cooking experiences. In fact eighteen more recipes are available to you on our website.
